Pat Bing Su (Vanilla Ice Cream, Fruit, Red Beans and Sweet Dumplings with Condensed Milk & Cornflakes)
I’m back again at Aye Aye.. formerly known as “Boba Jam” as they are currently rebranding. I visited them the end of last year and I absolute love their Asian style desserts so I decided to visit them again yesterday with @LDN_BWOI23 – helping with some cool shots 👌🏽

This time round, I weren’t entirely sure what dessert I wanted to get this time so I asked the lovely Suzi (the manager) and she recommended me her favourite Pat Bing Su and I’m happy she suggested that 😭. Very generous amount of fruit (grapes, strawberries, mango, raspberries, blueberries) sitting on bed of shaved ice with creamy vanilla ice cream🍨. The additional frosted cornflakes was a real bonus treat.. giving it an additional sweet crunch! In addition to the flakes, a small pot of condensed milk came as a side to be drizzled over the whole dessert.. I love it!
